Tessie’s Grills & Roasters started as Tessie’s Lechon Manok and Liempo in 1992 at C. Santos St. Poblacion, Tarlac. It was then adjacent to its sister store called Tessie’s Live and Dressed Chicken.
In 1993 it was transferred to Tarlac Poblacion Market, F. Tañedo St. Tarlac but unfortunately it has to be closed in 1996.
Six months later, the management thought of offering people more than just roasted chicken and grilled liempo and so they came up with Tessie’s Grills & Roasters in May 29, 1997. It was then located at Sto. Cristo Mc Arthur Highway, Tarlac. It’s a fast food restaurant offering Filipino-Chinese cuisine and also accepting functions of 100 persons maximum capacity as well as outside caterings.
June 10, 2004, Tessie’s Grills & Roasters was officially opened at former Peking House located along Mc Arthur Highway, San Roque, Tarlac City were dining area and function rooms are bigger compared before.
